AT SPLAYFORCE™, WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCT
We offer a 90-Day Visible Restoration Guarantee. If you follow the build-up protocol and don't experience a meaningful improvement in your pain levels and joint position within 90 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
For standard returns outside of our guarantee, please read the policy below.

STANDARD RETURN WINDOW
You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. This applies to all customers regardless of location.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused (or returned with documented lack of improvement if claiming under our guarantee)
- In its original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at support@splayforce.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@splayforce.com so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been deliberately damaged after receipt

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@splayforce.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for EU cooling-off period returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@splayforce.com.
